A great movie that really pulls you into the story. You'll be on the edge of your seat, cheering. A whole-hearted performance by Mackenzie Astin, and a great supporting role for Kevin Spacey. Don't miss this one.



RAT RACE (Jerry Zucker, 2001)

RACE THE SUN (,)

This is a simple movie about at a group of bottom-of-the-barrel-kids who find out just what they can accomplish by entering a solar car race. It's not the most original or most action-packed, but in the tradition of 'Cool Runnings', it's a feel-good movie that will entertain and inspire.



SCAVENGER HUNT (,)

This is often a Sunday afternoon 'turkey' movie or 'insomniac theater' fare, but it's really a laughter-filled gem with an amazing ensemble cast of B-movie actors. Not everyone will appreciate the silliness, but it's got some great hilarious moments, with a couple sentimental ones to boot. Check it out if you feel like a movie to laugh *at*.



MIDNIGHT MADNESS (,)

A stupid movie. So stupid, it's funny. It's another silly 80s college movie, but the game featured in the movie sets it apart. It's a road rage, scavenger hunt, and cannonball run all rolled into one complex, amazingly well organized game that leads the characters through a slew of laughable situations.
